4. External services
The Service may use external services, to the extent necessary, for sign-in, data storage, payment, system operation, sending and receiving email, and similar purposes.
5. Cookies and access analysis
We use cookies or similar technologies required for sign-in, for example to keep you signed in.
To understand how the Service is used and to improve it, we use Google Analytics, an access analysis tool provided by Google LLC. Using cookies and similar technologies, Google Analytics sends the following information from your browser to Google LLC.
- The pages you view (the URL without additional information such as search conditions) and their titles
- The date and time of viewing, and the referring page (for external sites, only the part corresponding to the site name)
- Browser and device type, screen size, language setting and approximate region
- An identifier assigned to each browser through cookies or similar technologies
The Service does not send your email address, date of birth, payment information or account identifier to Google Analytics. The admin pages and the sign-in processing pages are not measured. We do not use the advertising features of Google Analytics (Google signals and ad personalization).
Visits from the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom and Switzerland are not measured by Google Analytics. If your device’s time zone is set to a European region, Google Analytics is not loaded at all. If Google otherwise determines that a visit comes from these regions, it is handled without cookies and without identifying the user.
For how Google handles this information, see How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services and the Google Privacy Policy. If you do not want to be measured, you can stop the data from being sent by using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on or by disabling cookies in your browser settings.
We do not use tracking for the purpose of delivering advertising.
6. Security
We control access through sign-in and limit who can access your information. Confidential information is kept separate from the public code and handled only as far as necessary to provide the Service.

8. Retention
We keep information to the extent required by law and necessary to provide and manage the Service.
9. Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the changes on this page.
